If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Chennai, TN. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

You agree that if BLTL does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms (or which BLTL has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of BLTL’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to BLTL.

If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

The Terms, and your relationship with BLTL under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tamilnadu (TN), India without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You and BLTL agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of TN, India to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that BLTL shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

Termination

These Terms of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all bltl.biz site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at bltl.biz’s sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other bltl.biz site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
